Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. This gift card may be used toward any eligible service at Spa NewYou | Institut NewYou.
2. For in-person visits, simply present your gift card (printed or digital) at the time of payment.
3. For online appointments, please select “Pay Locally” during the booking process. Present your gift card when you arrive for your appointment, and the gift card balance will be applied to your service.
4. This gift card has no expiration date.
5. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future use.
6. This gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
7. No cash back or change will be provided for any unused portion of the gift card.
8. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards is the responsibility of the cardholder.
9. Spa NewYou | Institut NewYou reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
